VIP Communication Inc was formed in 1997 to develop a product that is built from the customer's interests first. Using my 20 years experience in the industry my goal was never to be slave to any one carrier again and to build products and rates that customers actually sign for and receive. My other goal was to keep a very low operating budget, and pass the cost savings on to my customers. The other thing that bothered me was all the hidden cost carriers would build into their products that used to always upset a new customer, my product was going to be different. I wanted the real deal for my customers hoping this approach would grow my customer base with loyal customers.
With all this in mind, I felt there was one more thing missing. That was customer service. Remember years ago when you could call your long distance carrier and get things done. Unfortunately, today that seems to be the exception rather than the rule. I wanted my company to give back that service, my customers deserved. Henceforth my company name was developed. BE A VIP at VIP no matter what size of an account you are. Well that simple concept really took off, and before long, people wanted to sell my products and services, opening up our agent program.
We began to grow and develop our different top quality products brokering out to different carriers for point to point service, T1 internet services, T1 voice, and switched products and more, always keeping in mind our original companies "mission statement" and taking care of business.
We began building web-sites for our agents to help keep there customers and themselves in touch with day to day business and to help them out whenever they needed our support. Just an ordinary web-site was not good enough for VIP COM Inc. We wanted all the web-sites to be as automated as we could, to help process their orders and keep them in touch. We have just hired on our VP for the agent program, that will not only assist all the agents, but also now offering professional sales programs, free to our agents. As our program grows we now are attracting master agents to our programs to bring our services to more residential, small business and large volume T1 customers with what we feel is the best no gimmick, lowest priced products on the market.
We are now taking one of our biggest steps so far. That is to "market brand" our own products under our banner name VIP Communication Inc. I feel strong enough to put our name on any product we sell, and to top it all off were expanding our services into Canada making us a North American company bringing our products to our closest friends.
Wait were not done yet, a recent partnership with Bells largest ASR and gold partner now offers our customers local service in the 9 bell operating states, and other products to eventually offer our customers a one stop communication company to get all there needs satisfied.
